Q: What is the Without Fear of Her Future Facebook Challenge?
A: The Without Fear of Her Future Facebook Challenge is a 7-day online training with the founder of the Women's Real Estate Investors Network; Tresa Todd-Lugten. Tresa will share her specialized knowledge on how to be a successful real estate investor, how to find deals, how to use other people's money to fund real estate investment deals, how to wholesale, flip houses, and even more advanced strategies that can earn you "now and later" money through short-term rentals like Airbnb's.
Q: Do I need a license to participate or invest in real estate?
A: NO! There are no licenses or certifications of any kind that you need to get in order to participate or INVEST in real estate. All you need is specialized knowledge. Investing in real estate is different than being a licensed realtor and this will be explained during the challenge.
Q: How long is the Challenge?
A: There will be at least 7 days of training sessions. We usually add in a bonus day at the end as well!
Q: What time does the challenge start?
A: 6:30 pm CST
Q: How long is each training session?
A: The time varies depending upon the group of women within the Challenge.
Q: Are there recordings available?
A: Yes. They are uploaded daily and in the Units tab in the private Facebook group.
Q: How do I access the private Facebook group?
A: Once you enroll for the discounted price of $17, you will receive a link to join, be asked to answer a few questions, and then you will be approved within 48 hours.
Q: Do I get to be a part of the private Facebook group forever?
A: You will get to be a part of the private Facebook group for the duration of the 7-day challenge only. After that everyone is removed from the group.
Q: What if I don't get to finish the training videos before the 7-day challenge is over?
A: We offer a 30-day access to the training video recordings in our Elite Challenge Experience, which also included a downloadable PDF workbook, and a bonus session with Tresa after the challenge ends.
Q: How do I sign up for the Elite Challenge Experience?
A: When you enroll in the 7-day challenge, you will also have the chance to enroll in the Elite Challenge Experience as well for an additional registration cost of $97.
Q: How can I get my questions answered?
A: Tresa is a full-time real estate investor and answers questions on the live training sessions that are submitted through the Facebook chat only. Due to the high volume of women that she is training and serving, the live training Facebook chat and the Facebook page Discussion is the best way to get all of your questions answered by Tresa and other participants in the Challenge.
Q: If I purchased a previous challenge but couldn't participate, can I transfer to the next challenge?
A: No. Unfortunately, each challenge you purchase gives you immediate access to the community of women that you can network with along with 7-days of training and all of the recordings. Since you are granted access for one challenge, we cannot transfer the enrollment fee. However, you are allowed to participate in as many challenges as you prefer.
