Q: What is the Without Fear of Her Future MasterClass?

A: The Without Fear of Her Future MasterClass is a 7-day online training with the founder of the Women's Real Estate Investors Network; Tresa Todd. Tresa will share her specialized knowledge on how to be a successful real estate investor, how to find deals, how to use other people's money to fund real estate investment deals, how to wholesale, flip houses, and even more advanced strategies that can earn you "now and later" money through short-term rentals like Airbnbs.

Q: Do I need a license to participate or invest in real estate?

A: NO! There are no licenses or certifications of any kind that you need to get in order to participate or INVEST in real estate. All you need is specialized knowledge. Investing in real estate is different than being a licensed realtor and this will be explained during the MasterClass.

Q: How long is the MasterClass?

A: There will be at least 7 consecutive  days of training sessions.

Q: What time does the Masterclass start?

A: 7:00 PM CT

Q: How long is each training session?

A: Typically at least 2 hours.

Q: Are there recordings available?

A: Yes. They are uploaded daily and in the Guides tab in the private Facebook group. 

Q: How do I access the private Facebook group?

A: Once you enroll for the discounted price of $17, you will receive a link to join, be asked to answer a few questions, and then you will be approved within 48 hours.

Q: Do I get to be a part of the private Facebook group forever?

A: No, once you have been accepted into the MasterClass Facebook group you registered for, you will have access to that group until the MasterClass and MasterClass events have concluded.

Q: How can I get my questions answered?

A: Tresa is a full-time real estate investor and answers questions throughout the MasterClass. Due to the high volume of women that she is training and serving, the Facebook chat and the Facebook page discussion area is the best way to submit and get all of your questions answered by Tresa and other participants in the MasterClass.

Q: If I purchased a previous training but couldn't participate, can I transfer to the next training?

A: No. Unfortunately, each training you purchase gives you immediate access to the community of women that you can network with along with several days of training and access to all of the recordings. Since you are granted access for one training with your registration cost, we cannot transfer the enrollment fee. However, we can provide you a refund of the MasterClass that you were unable to attend and you can register for our upcoming training.
